5 things to try when you’ve lost your motivation

1). Surround yourself with your pick up people. Call it whatever name you want, but get people around you who will always inspire you to pick yourself up when you feel down. 

2). Visualise your life through your minds eye, stop focusing on the here and now. 

3). Take a different look at your hobby, could it be more than a hobby?

4). Write down your 10 before 10. 10 things you can achieve before 10am each day. 

5). Program your mind for success. Have a book of memories and record your past achievements as a constant reminder.
